From the 14th to the 21st of March 2026: "Dolomiti Spring Days L" – ski pass and ski rental for 6 days at the price of 5.
From the 22nd of March 2026: "Dolomiti Spring Days S" – ski pass and ski rental for 4 days at the price of 3.
Until the 20th of December 2025: "SuperPremiere" – ski pass and ski rental for 4 days at the price of 3.

General terms and conditions
- Rates per apartment per week, all included (electricity, gas, parking, bedwear etc.). The tourist tax of € 2,50 per person and night is not included in the mentioned prices and will be charged at departure. Children and teenagers under 14 years of age are exempt.
- In case of delay in arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- Check-in: starting from 2pm.
- Check-out: by 9am.
- We supply bedclothes. We offer fresh bread service on request. Private parking lot. Skiroom with skiboot heater. Hair dryer. Free WLAN/Wi-Fi.
- During the wintertime (from the beginning of Decembre until the end of March) you can use the free skibus-service to get to the slopes (it stops in front of our house).
- It takes 3 minutes by car to reach the slopes.
- The apartments are at disposal for the number of people that have booked the apartment. Others have no access. Non smoking apartments.
Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
